Bay Area bodywork availability next week, and Jogo de Cinturas

As I write this I am in the midst of two weeks of teaching alongside Frey Faust and Claire Turner Reid at the Nomadic College at Earthdance in Western Mass.

I feel the preciousness of this opportunity to teach and study the Axis Syllabus in an intensive residential format. There is such an abundance of heart and skill in each session. I am grateful to be in this beautiful place again.

Bodywork sessions in the Bay Area next week

I will be in the SF Bay Area and available for sessions booking on October 18th, 19th, 20th, and 23rd.

Jogo de Cinturas: upcoming capoeira event at the Field Center

I am excited to announce (and invite you to) the first ever Capoeira event to be held at the Field Center coming up this November 10, 11, and 12: Jogo de Cinturas.

This will be a residential skill share (not a batizado). It will be a time to share ideas, discourse, and music. To play and to train. To eat together and sit around the fire together.

We will host multiple exceptionally skilled and experienced capoeiristas as facilitators: Professora Sarará, Contramestra Amazonas, Professora Morena, and Contramestra Cocada, in addition to myself.
