End Of 2025
As the shortest day moves through and we begin our arrival to the other side of the light, I find myself observing time through the lens of a one hour standing practice.
I notice how time is conditional. As my awareness shifts, so does my experience of time.
When I steer my awareness within my body, time slows, opens, deepens. When I steer my awareness into thoughts, ideas, plans, time “runs away.”
Perhaps time is passing through me; or I through it? Perhaps time and space are moving me, and I only have to listen to the gravity and respond accordingly?
I look forward to another year of teaching, performing, playing, and dancing together! I am so grateful to all who have crossed my path and made me who I am. Thank you all.

Introducing the hOme Project!
This year, I initiated the hOme project. This international cast of eight unique artists (Kerwin Barrington, Kristen Rulifson, Asha Passalacqua, Lalaina Ravelojaona, Belinda He, Summer Minerva and Myself) are working together in residency and alone in our various places of residence to explore the subject of home as it lives distinctly in each of our bodies, minds, and the spaces we inhabit. The inquiry into home is an inquiry into how we identify the word in feeling, in values, and perspectives, as well as in literal place; building, land, sky and people: family, friends, and culture. This two year commitment to inquiry and art making is a process-based endeavor that includes both filmed and live performance components. Please stay connected so that you can follow our process and experience what we create!
Home as something to find… a purpose. Home as a place… for the heart. Home as this body. Home as a practice. Home as a holder of objects and memory. Home as an object, or an ordering of objects in space. Home as a pattern of rhythms or behaviors. Home is where our love lives. Home is where the heart is. Home as a story…
