We have entered into the time when many are celebrating the holidays. The word "holy" comes from the Old English "hālig," meaning "whole," "uninjured," or "healthy." What if we had the awareness of all that makes us able to experience who we are? Whether we are remembering the embryological magic of movement through space, or the biological systems delicately balanced in unison to keep us alive, we are a living expression of perfect timing that is the becoming we call ourselves. If we could hold this complexity in our awareness for just one moment, wouldn’t we be Holy? Wouldn’t this moment be Holy?

Applications for VESSEL have been extended!

The deadline to apply for VESSEL 2026 has been extended to January 31st! Application acceptances will go out on a rolling basis starting December 1st.

VESSEL is a small-group mentorship program grounded in the Axis Syllabus©. This program is designed especially for movement and healing arts practitioners who wish to deepen their teaching practice. Participation in VESSEL includes weekly video lectures, 10 weekly zoom meetings, Q&A sessions, discussions, weekly assignments, ongoing direct support from me via WhatsApp, one private session with me during the period of the program, and ensures you a 20% discount off my classes @BAASE or the Field Center.
